Return

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 (calendar) days after receipt without giving any reason. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs within 14 days, provided that you return the items in good condition and in their original packaging.

The return shipping costs are for your own account and will unfortunately not be refunded. If you use this right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days after notification of the return.

It is convenient to use the contact form of the chat function to let us know that your return package is coming. You can then return it via a parcel point of your choice. We recommend that you create the shipment online via PostNL by clicking here. Then after receipt and approval, refund the order amount due within 14 days. Return of hygienic products, of/and products with broken seals are excluded. (Vaporizers, Coils, E-liquids, Sets and Wicks).

What is important while returning under right of withdrawal

  • The order must be recognizable to us, therefore always include a reference so we can see who the return package came from.
  • All returned products must be returned in their original packaging with a seal. Without this seal, the product can not be accepted due to hygiene regulations.
  • Return costs are at your own expense, using our return portal is possible for a fee of 5.95. This amount will be settled during the return process.
  • VapeKings is not responsible for the possible loss of a return package. Therefore, always use a shipping method you feel safe with.
  • Please indicate the reason for return and the desired solution, this can be done through our return portal of with a bill attached to the shipment.

What is important while returning under warranty

  • The returned product must be within the warranty period.
  • We recommend contacting customer service first, often the problem is easy to solve.
  • Return costs will be reimbursed by VapeKings up to an amount of 5,95 (Shipping label can be requested through customer service). If the product is not under warranty, the return costs will be for your own account.
  • The returned product must meet the warranty conditions which can be found under the heading Warranty.
  • For warranty we need the warranty code, it is on the box. It is recommended that you send the entire box with the product.

How do I register my product for warranty?

Before we can issue a warranty we will need to evaluate the product. To avoid return costs we will try to do this remotely as much as possible. Therefore we have created a warranty form at the bottom of this page. Via this form the product can be registered for warranty. From here we will determine of the warranty can be granted of that the product must first be returned for further investigation. If the product needs to be returned, it must be returned in the original packaging of with the warranty code on the warranty card. This guarantee code can be found on the outside of the box. The product must be free of damage caused by drops and impacts.

If the product does not function properly and meets the warranty requirements, we will offer a new (similar) product. Returns can be done via PostNL parcel point with a shipping label which can be requested from our customer service.

Please note that if it appears that the product is not under warranty, both the return and shipping costs back to the customer will be at their own expense. This cost for shipping through us is 5.95. It is therefore important that the problem is first indicated via the form below to avoid additional costs. Many problems are often easily resolved with the help of one of our e-cigarette & vape experts.

E-cigarettes (complete sets), chargers, electronic accessories and (box) mods

On these products we offer a factory warranty of 6 months, warranty is granted only on manufacturing defects. If the product is not repairable, we will deliver a new (similar) product. If the product contains any drop/impact damage that might impair the operation of the product of falls outside the warranty period, the warranty will be void. Unfortunately, batteries are subject to wear and tear and it is possible that the battery life may deteriorate over time. Always use the supplied charging cable of or an external charger. On lithium ion batteries (external batteries such as 18650) we offer a 24 hour DOA (dead on arrival) warranty, so always check these upon arrival.

E-Liquids, tanks, coils, flavors, DIY products, batteries and accessories.

A DOA (dead on arrival) warranty applies to these products. This must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will then send the new items as soon as possible (after photo and / of return of the defective product). Please use the Warranty form below.

    1. Make sure the problem is clearly displayed and try operating the device.
    2. Make sure the device is connected to a charger.
    3. Film the packaging of the vape all around and also the vape itself all around.
    Allowed file types: mp4, mov, Max file size: 2 GB.
  • It is important that the warranty code is clearly legible and scratched open. The code is on the outside of the package.
    Allowed file types: jpg, gif, png, pdf, jpeg, Max. file size: 2 GB.
